Can I Cancel My Order?
Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:
1. If you want to cancel order within 12 hours after payment, we will cancel your order and refund you in full.
2. If you want to cancel order within 12-24 hours after payment, there are two cases:
A. For standard size product, we will refund you in full;
B. For custom-made product, we only refund you 80% product total plus shipping fee, because custom-made product can not be sold again.
3. If you want to cancel order within 24-48 hours after payment, there are also two cases:
A. For standard size product, we will refund you 80% product total plus shipping fee;
B. For custom-made product, we only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee.
4. If you want to cancel orde over 48 hours after payment, we only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee whatever the product is standard size or custom-made measurements.
Note: The calculation of time is decided by the first email that customers send to service@sinospecial.com. If the product is sent out over 48hours after payment, we will not accept your order cancellation.
