1. If return problem is caused by Sinospecial, we accept return and refund you in full or exchange product for free. Please check the followings to know more:
If we send you damaged product, we accept return or exchange;
If we send you wrong color product, we accept return or exchange; (Color may vary by monitor, so a little color difference is normal.)
If we send you wrong size product, we accept return or exchange. (1-3cm difference is normal, we do not accept return)
We do not accept return just because customers do not like the item you received even it is right for everything.
How shoulder I do if I want to return a product?
1. Please contact us within 72 hours after receiving products.
2. Please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org to illustrate the reasons why you want to return your products. In the email, please attach the photos of defect products.
3. Your complaint email will be processed by Sinospecial customer service department within 2 working days.
4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full or exchange product for free.
Note: All clothing of Sinospecial are made to order according to pictures, maybe there will be a little different from pictures. If you are a perfectionist and have high standard for products, please think it over carefully before ordering. We can not promise our products will be 100% like the photos, but we can promise at least 90%.
2. If return or exchange problem is caused by yourself, Sinospecial.com will not accept return or exchange.
