1.    Shipping methods

You can choose your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process. For most products, Sinospecial.com will offer you a choice of two shipping methods on the Order Information page at checkout. If every item in your order has the Free Shipping sticker, you won't need to select shipping - Sinospecial.com will automatically ship through the best method based on the order size and destination. The two shipping methods are:

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping will take 4-7 business days (According to different countries or regions, there is a discrepancy of 1-2 days).


Standard Shipping
Standard shipping will take 7-15 business days (According to different countries or regions, there is a discrepancy of 1-2 days). (Note: Due to longer customs clearance times, Standard Shipping times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.)

All products are sent by air, such as DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex, etc.

2.    Calculating shipping cost
Shipping cost is calculated by product quantity, weight, shipping method and destination. You can check the shipping cost by adding your products to shopping cart,and then choosing the country you will ship to and shipping method.
